Since then, yoga has become a cornerstone of Darcy’s approach to health and wellness, as well as her foundation for mindful living. “Yoga is my passion – a sanctuary I can visit to connect with my creativity and internal wisdom, a calm I can tap into when life’s stresses kick into full-gear, and a physical and mental challenge that strengthens my body and mind.” Darcy completed the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training with Ana T. Forrest and is currently working through the additional 600+ hours of self-study to become a Certified Forrest Yoga teacher. Her goal as a teacher is to support students in connecting to their intuition and becoming their own best teacher – on the mat and in life.
