Email Catherine: catherine@dharmaworks.net[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Catherine discovered the magic of yoga in 1999 while observing a yoga class of mothers-to-be embracing their pregnancies with Karen Kane and an awareness of body, breath, mind and babe. This life-affirming experience led her to deepen her personal exploration of yoga by completing various teacher trainings including Viniyoga, prenatal, Integrative and Thai yoga therapy trainings. As a yoga and massage therapist she has also studied various forms of movement therapy to support healing and living through illness and injury. She designed and taught therapeutic yoga programs as a volunteer in the University of Washington Medical Center Antepartum and Neonatal Intensive Care units and is currently teaching Therapeutic Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis at Evergreen Hospital. Catherine practices yoga to embrace Unity and experience wholeness. She teaches yoga because she hopes that the experiences of well being and wholeness will inspire us to be conscious, joyful and loving beings.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
