Growing up my family LOVED my Aunt Diane’s frozen Chocolate Chip Cookies. They became famous when she started “The Shanty” in Woodinville, Wa during the 1980’s. Her fans would line up outside waiting for her to open, they were that fabulous!

Inspired, I wanted the challenge of making it gluten free for my friends and family. SUCCESS!!!!

Oven Bake @350

Time 10 minutes

BEST SERVED FROZEN!

Beat together ( MUSIC HELPS):

1LB Butter

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

Add and Beat:

2 cups Sugar

1 cup Brown Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

Whip it real good until white: 

4 Eggs

Mix in:

3-1/2 Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour

2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Baking Soda

2 cups Gluten Free Oatmeal

24 oz Dark Chocolate Chips
