Class EtiquettePlease arrive for class on time. First time students - please arrive 10-15 minutes early for registration.
 
Getting ReadyCome with an open mind and a willingness to explore, work hard and have fun! Wear comfortable clothing and bare feet. Please, no stong perfumes or heavy jewelry.
 
  We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat.
If you do not have one, we have some great selections available for sale.
We also have a few you may borrow if needed.
