  • BEGINNER & SLOW YOGA: These series of yoga classes are a great way to start and build a strong foundation in yoga at our studio! We will cover all of the basics in breathing (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), and meditation.
  • ALL LEVELS YOGA: Designed for beginner and intermediate students, these strength-building classes emphasize warm-ups, breath techniques, and alignment. A great workout that leaves you relaxed and energized! This class is more strenuous than the beginner classes, yet not as challenging as the vinyasa classes.
  • ADVANCED - FORREST YOGA:These classes are for those ready to take their practice deeper. Emphasis will be on longer elements of stay-in postures, deep breathing practices, exploring headstands, handstands, arm balancing, deep back bends and twist. One year yoga experience is necessary for these classses. Ana Forrest, creator of Forrest Yoga, has spent 30 years developing a style of yoga that specifically addresses life's everyday physical and emotional challenges. The pillars of Forrest Yoga are: Breath, Strength, Integrity, & Spirit. The mission of Forrest Yoga is to create a sense of freedom, a connection to Spirit, and the courage to walk as Spirit dictates. Forrest Yoga teaches you how to GO DEEPER, find your Truth, and then take these gifts Beyond the Mat into the rest of your life!
  • VINYASA FLOW: A flowing series of postures, each movement synchronized with the breath. An aerobic, full body workout which builds strength, flexibility, balance and endurance while detoxifying and relaxing the body and mind. This class is designed for students with basic yoga experience and for students with no chronic injuries.
  • PRENATAL / POSTNATAL YOGA: Practice the art of relaxation during pregnancy through breath awareness. Learn to relieve physical and mental tension while safely preparing for labor. These classes will help to strengthen your uterine and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and exercise the spine. Yoga reduces the discomforts of pregnancy while stretching and strengthening the muscles which help to facilitate labor. Please eat a light snack before class. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.

  • SINGLE CLASS / DROP-IN: $15
  • 5-CLASS CARD: $60 (valid for 90 days)
  • 10-CLASS CARD: $110 (valid for 90 days)
  • 12-CLASS CARD: $120 (valid for 90 days)
  • MONTHLY UNLIMITED: $100 (valid for 1 month)
  • 6-MONTH UNLIMITED: $570 (valid for 6 months)
  • ANNUAL UNLIMITED: $1080 (valid for 12 months)
  • NEW STUDENT SPECIAL: $25 for 2 weeks unlimited
  • PRIVATE SESSION WITH KELLEY: $100 per hour/$75 per hour when book 4 or more Privates
  • **Carpool Reward: Get 10% off any class package if you carpool to class at least once per week.

  • WHEN YOU ENTER: Please sign in to your class.
  • REGISTRATION: Payment is requested to assure your space in a particular class or workshop. Registration for all classes and workshops are handled in studio. You also may register by phone, or by mail. Cash, checks, and credit cards gladly accepted! If it is your first time coming to Two Rivers Yoga, please download our registration form to fill out and bring to your first class.
  • DROP-INS: Drop-ins are welcome! You may drop into any class that is not full.
  • MAKE-UPS: You are encouraged and/or allowed to use your paid classes with in the time agreed on For your appropriate package. Example: 12 classes paid, 3 month to use.
  • PRENATAL: Exceptions are made for medical conditions. If you are having medical problems, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. If you deliver during you session, credit will be applied to other classes and must be used within 6 months.
    Pregnant woman are welcome at all of our classes at Two Rivers. If you're pregnant or think you may be pregnant please let your instructor know before class! We want to keep you and baby safe, so don't be shy!
  • REFUNDS/CREDITS: There are no cash refunds unless we cancel the course.
  • TO GET READY: Yoga is a physical exercise. Wear comfortable exercise clothes, (leggings are great; no jeans please). Be sure to not eat a heavy meal before class, (mom's-to-be munch on something light). Leave perfume and heavy jewelry at home. Come 10 minutes early to register and/or to sign in. If you have any serious medical conditions, please check with your physician before registering.
  • CARPOOL: Carpool to yoga at least once per week and receive 10% off your class package. Mention to instructor at time of purchase for your 10% off. Based on the honor system!

Seva Practice

Community is what helps us to stay together. Over the past few years I have talked with several of our yoga friends in our Two Rivers Yoga community that hard times have come upon. The loss of a job, financial instability, career or job uncertainty, foreclosure on a home. I have spoken with several students who have not been practicing yoga due to our current financial situation. With an open heart, it brings tears to my eyes that this is keeping our beloved yoga students away from the stability and grounding that Two Rivers Yoga provides and the service of compassion that ALL yoga invites into our hearts. Carnation has been very abundant to me and my family and with the current financial situation I am wanting to give back to all of you that have supported Two Rivers Yoga so graciously over the past 9 years.

If hard times are upon you and your family I invite you to participate in any and all classes.There is no expiration date.You are WELCOME TO COME SWEAT, BREATHE, LEARN AND LOVE FREE OF CHARGE without judgment or expectation.
