At Two Rivers we bring together an eclectic array of teaching traditions to assist and honor the needs of each individual
student on their personal journey through yoga.

Kelley Rush, Founder of Two Rivers
After four years of practicing yoga, Kelley began teaching in 1995. For her, yoga mirrors the
soul; connecting mind, body and spirit. She has studied extensively in the traditions of Iyengar, Viniyoga
and Forrest Yoga, which emphasize body-alignment postures (asana) combined with therapeutic
breath techniques (pranayama), and helping to discover your spiritual
path. Kelley completed an in-depth teacher training with renowned yoga master
Ana Forrest,and assists
Ana in workshops and teacher trainings. Kelley completed her advanced teacher training
with Shiva
Rea, as well as intense study and training with
Robin Rothenberg and
Gary Kraftsow.
In 1998, Kelley was certified as a Prenatal Yoga Instructor through the Seattle Holistic Center after an apprenticeship with Colette Crawford, RN.
She then completed labor support training (doula) with Penny Simpkin through
the Seattle Midwifery School.
As a vibrant teacher of all levels, her classes focus on strength-building body work and working
with injuries, while journeying inward to explore the depths of your own spiritual potential.

Tara Barry
Tara Barry has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. The power vinyasa style truly resonated with her and became her

energetic shifts. However, it was not until she met her teacher Kelley Rush of Two Rivers Yoga, and encountered
Forrest Yoga, that this healing through yoga became an active, intentional process. Through Forrest Yoga,
she became a true believer in the power of yoga to transform and heal. Tara delights in sharing her passion
for yoga. Through breath, strength and movement, journey with Tara on the path to find your true Spirit!

3 years ago I decided to try out Yoga as I had never attempted it before. At the time
I suffered from a lot of pain in my neck
and shoulders and had really bad posture, to be honest I couldn’t even stand straight. I visited Kelley Rush at 2 Rivers Yoga
in Carnation and from the second my feet crossed the door I knew that I was at home. There is a lot of positive energy flowing inside the
studio and after each class you go home feeling revitalized, positive and refreshed. I have now been
going to 2 Rivers Yoga for over 3 years and thanks to Kelley’s skill, talent, passion and not to forget her hilarious sense
of humor! I can now stand up straight and I have to say I love downward facing dog and the
shoulder stand. I would recommend this to all people of all ages and all walks of life.
